The address of your environment is stated in your access email — we recommend saving it as a bookmark. No longer at hand? Your Qelivia access ID will find it again, or we will resend the address on request.
We operate both environments ourselves on a server hosted in Germany. No third-party service sits between you and these environments. Transmission is encrypted throughout, and each client's data is held in an environment of its own rather than in shared storage. Backups are taken daily and encrypted, at a second location in Germany.
